Nah, not really. I’ve been neglecting it with impunity.

Why I can’t seem to whip up four presentations for four different audiences, write teaching content for 17 classes -  face to face and online  -  organise speaking events, speak at speaking events, attend meetings, maintain a blog, develop blogging ideas/sites for others, write stories, stay abreast of the news, read interesting stuff online and in books, make tea, do the washing, plant the tomatoes, read 50 emails a day, respond to 30 emails a day, delete 120 emails a day, attend courses, chase the rats out of the compost, do homework, hang with Dad, try to remember what my friends look like, pay the bills, reconcile the accounts, travel, write abstracts for conferences, speak at conferences, mollify the tax department, get the beach properly walked and work on my special projects all at the same time for months and months on end with no let up, is beyond me.

Time for a Kit Kat.

Anyway, here’s what’s on my mind: Five Things That Really Bug Me.

1. I go into five shops on a single day and each time pay for something with Eftpos. Each time the ‘choose account’ button is in a different place.

2. I work on my Mac and I work on my PC. The ‘close/minimise window’ buttons are on opposite sides of the windows.

3. I work on my Mac and I work on my PC. One has a backspace button, one doesn’t. (Backspace button = good. No backspace button = bad).

4. Ink cartridges for home printers = one of the greatest rorts ever wrought.

5. That’s enough rain now.
