Fairfax Digital is looking for a video journalist to create and develop fantastic news, sport and entertainment video content on Stuff.co.nz. The successful candidate will not only have excellent camera skills but also great story-telling, technical and production skills. You should be comfortable using an HD-cam (Canon XF300), filming interviews and also editing video from other sources.

Looking for three online journalists to help take Newstalk ZB into the multi-media future. These roles are responsible to the Online Editor and have been created to expand our digital news team. You will take the stories written by our reporting teams around the country and quickly turn them into online news stories. You’ll monitor our radio stations and turn around audio and video cuts.

We are looking for an intermediate-level journalist with a passion for online media. You will lead our team of four Online Producers in providing fast and accurate news and sport stories. Newstalk ZB and Radio Sport regularly breaks news on the air; you’ll be responsible for consistently breaking it online too. . You may already be working for an online publication. Experience with Photoshop and HTML editing software will be required. Multi-media experience in audio and video editing would put you ahead of the pack.

DIGITAL PRODUCER | SYDNEY MORNING HERALD

The position will be responsible for producing content from The Sydney Morning Herald for publication across multiple digital platforms. You will need to be well-organised and be able to meet daily deadlines. This is an entry-level position and would suit a recent journalism graduate or someone with experience at a junior level.

AdNews is seeking an experienced journalist with a strong business background. Knowledge and understanding of the media industries is essential for this position. Applicants must have a minimum of five years’ journalism experience, be a great organiser and team leader. The successful candidate’s prime responsibility will be the print edition of the magazine, although the role will cross over with the website and email newsletter, which are the responsibility of the deputy editor.
