Twelve questions to ask about your business

Paul Bradshaw of Online Journalism Blog has a list of very good questions to ask yourself if you're in the news business and searching for an online business model. And who in the news business isn't? In a slide show he's posted on SlideShare (it's embedded here too), Paul suggests thinking about a model that doesn't rely on advertising or subscriptions and to think outside of content - "people pay for platforms and services".
