Thank you.

I don't know why but Red Hat, though mantains the rankings, seems to have removed the scores from its site. They are not anymore in redhat.com/f/pdf/ossi-index-ranks.pdf neither in redhat.com/about/where-is-open-source/activity/ , etc. I've searched in its site without success.

Perhaps they removed the scores because of some criticism to them: nrcfoss.au-kbc.org.in/maturity/

Question for Evolving or anybody who knows it: in 2009, when the data appeared on the WWW, where the scores on the PDF? I haven't seen this document till today. Perhaps someone who saw it in 2009 can tell us. Luckily someone has a copy of the original and can upload and share it.

I note that in most countries I looked at (NZ, USA, Australia), Government tends to be much more lowly ranked than the country as a whole, and industry. I guess that suggests conservatism on the part of government. eg NZ: Overall = 21, Government = 45)

However, I note that in several European countries, government use of OSS is very high. eg in France (1, 1), UK (6, 7).

I don't know what the implications of that high OSS use in Europe are. But its an interesting observation to me!
